Frontman is a field service management platform built for the home service trades. We help plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians, handymen, and other service businesses run their operations from one place; scheduling jobs, dispatching technicians, sending estimates and invoices, and keeping customers informed from the first call to the final payment.

What we do

Service businesses lose hours every week to paper schedules, missed calls, and disconnected tools. Frontman brings it all together in a single platform:

• Jobs and scheduling — Create jobs, assign technicians, and manage the calendar from any device.
• Dispatch and technician app — Technicians get their day's work on their phone, with job details, customer info, and addresses already loaded.
• Estimates and invoices — Send quotes customers can approve on the spot, and bill them as soon as the work is done.
• Customer notifications — Automatic SMS and email updates for appointment confirmations, technician-on-the-way alerts, and invoice delivery.
• Customer records — Every job, conversation, and payment tied to the customer, so the next visit picks up where the last one left off.

Why we built it

We built Frontman because the tools available to service businesses weren't keeping up. Legacy platforms are clunky, break when you lose signal in a basement, and weren't designed to leverage what AI can do today. Meanwhile, the trades are one of the industries that stand to benefit the most from AI. Smarter scheduling, faster quoting, automated customer updates; but nobody was building it for them. So we did. Frontman is a field service platform built from scratch for this moment: AI-native, offline-capable, and designed to help business scale.
