Privacy Policy

Frontman ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Frontman field service management platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and business information. If you are a customer of a Frontman subscriber, we may receive your name, phone number, and service address from that business in order to send you service-related notifications.

SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number — either during account registration or to a Frontman subscriber for service purposes — you consent to receiving text message notifications from Frontman. These messages may include appointment reminders, schedule updates, job assignments, account alerts, and links to estimates or invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Frontman services.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, send service-related notifications, respond to your requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

By creating a Frontman account, or by providing your email address to a Frontman subscriber for service purposes, you consent to receive email communications from Frontman. Email communications fall into two categories:

Transactional Emails. Service-related emails including account verification, password resets, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician notifications, estimates, invoices, payment receipts, job completion summaries, subscription billing, and account security alerts. These emails are necessary to deliver our services. You cannot fully disable transactional emails while you maintain an active relationship with Frontman or a Frontman subscriber, but you can manage individual notification types through the "Manage Notifications" link included in each email.

Marketing Emails. Newsletters, product announcements, promotional content, and educational content about the home-service trades. Marketing emails are only sent to users who have affirmatively opted in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your receipt of transactional emails.

Email is delivered through our email infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service), which processes message metadata and content solely for delivery purposes under its own privacy terms.

We share limited personal information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate Frontman. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, database storage, and email delivery infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing for subscription billing and invoice payments. Stripe collects and processes payment card information directly under its own privacy policy; Frontman does not store full payment card numbers.
• Telnyx — SMS/text message delivery and voice communications.
• Intuit QuickBooks — accounting integration for subscribers who choose to sync their financial data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as your account or customer relationship with Frontman is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days, except where we are required to retain specific records for tax, accounting, or other legal purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability — request a copy of your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Opt-Out — opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jortiz@frontman.co. We will respond within thirty (30) days. If you are the customer of a Frontman subscriber and wish to exercise these rights over data originally provided by that subscriber, we may direct your request to the subscriber, who is the controller of that information.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell or share the personal information of California residents as those terms are defined under California law.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of portions of our website.

Frontman is intended for business users aged eighteen (18) and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under thirteen, please contact us at jortiz@frontman.co and we will delete it.

Frontman is operated from the United States. If you access Frontman from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Frontman platform, by email, or by updating the Effective Date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of Frontman after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
